Chasing 203, Sydney Thunder started strongly, reaching 60 for one through the power play. David Warner (25 off 21, two sixes) and Matthew Gilkes (33 off 19, three fours, two sixes) added 50 off 35 balls. But Mahli Beardman hit first, traps Warner, Gilkes runs and starts to fall, followed Cameron Bancroft (2), Sam Billings (0) and Daniel Sams (16) to slip to 9.5 for four at 81 overs
