What made the difference to Jannik sinful Sunday in Wimbledon? How was he able to overcome his devastating defeat to Carlos Alcaraz in Roland-Garros last month and capture a five-match personal queue in the Spanish?
So many reasons. But anyone who watched the sinner control the direction of the game against the champion twice knows that his movement had a lot of connection with him. Now comfortable with the sliding from both sides, and able to use his speed to fill his wonderful energy game, the sinner has gone from a player who can never win Wimbledon, because Alcaraz is on his way, in a player who needs to win numerous All England Club titles.
“I think as soon as he learned to feel more comfortable moving with grass, we believed he had a game that was really good for the grass,” his coach Darren cahill said at a press conference after 4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 of Alcaraz of Alcaraz in the Center Court. “His game has been improving all the time, and his results have shown that.”

The sinner agrees. And he adds that his natural flat flat shocks make it especially difficult to fight grass.
“This year I probably felt good in court,” he said. “I think we saw this today how I started moving better in every match I played,” he said. The beginning of my career I knew that I could potentially play well here because of my land stroke. They are quite flat, and the ball passes. “
Another reason for the rapid rise of Sinner as a court guru? His ability to see and learn.
Cahill says the sinner has been seeing and learning from his rival as their rivalry has evolved. He may not overcome him in some areas, but he is wise enough to admit that he can apply some of the things Alcaraz does well in his game.
“I would say that Jannik watches more Carlos match than he does someone else because he is fascinated by the improvements coming to his game, and he is pushing us as coaches to make sure he is getting better as a tennis player,” Cahill said. “So rivalry is real. It’S’S’S there. And hopefully it will be there and true for the next 10 or 12 years.”

Finally, we must prove into the instability of the sinner. How he was able to stay so on the mission after losing in the most heartbroken fashion to Alcaraz in Paris. The triple point of match in the fourth set? It would be understandable if he lost faith in himself temporarily after that disturbing experience.
“I think it’s the part where I’m pride because it really wasn’t easy,” the sinner admitted. “I always tried to be honest with myself, and I even had the self-talked about-you know, what if, if? I always tried to accept it in a way.”
The sinner did more than accepting it. He hugged him and realized he was so close than until now, where he wanted to be. Then he did the job and attracted a magic run to the grass.
