As ion Rahm becomes suitable for a new driver

Each of the leading manufacturers has a tours adapter set for some of their biggest staff players and for Callaway, the work falls Kellen Watson.

“It is a kind of worthless to bring like a bunch of different options, because if the first does not work and the first goal is not good, then it is being thrown again.”

The nice thing for Watson too, is that when he goes to Silverleaf to try with Rahm for the first time every year, it is usually not the first time he is showing someone the new product.

“I am not using them as a kind of laboratories or nothing, but I am getting more familiar with what other people say, and then I am trying to connect it to what it would do,” Watson said. “So I’m seeing what the player A is doing, and the player can only hit a comprehensive draw. Player B, I’m looking at him, he can only hit a low bullet kick. Player C can be a two yard cut, or not?

“So I’m trying to figure out how these things work. Yes, how I’m trying to figure out how these things are working on them, and then the type of calculation in my head what to do, what attic should be set. Should it be higher than last year? Should it be less attic than last year?”

To determine if a configuration is worth researching, Watson said he and Rahm are looking for more models than numbers from a release monitor.

“If the model is, you know, just an attractive cut that looks like it is still a kind of energy after its peak and the type of flattening and the type go, then we have done our job, you know,” he said. “We’ve got it correct.”
