Mikel Arteta is facing several injury problems in his Arsenal squad and Riccardo Calafiori could be added to the north London club’s squad after injuring his knee in the Champions League clash of Gunners with Shakhtar Donetsk.

Ahead of this clash at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal could have been dealt another blow when Riccardo Calafiori went off injured during the English giants’ Champions League clash with Shakhtar Donetsk.
according to Charles Wattsthe Italian star twisted his knee after coming shoulder-to-shoulder with a Shakhtar player and went down moments later before being replaced by Myles Lewis-Skelly.

Riccardo Calafiori’s injury would be a huge blow for Arsenal
Before the Liverpool game, Calafiori’s absence could have a big effect on the outcome of the gameespecially considering Arsenal will also be without William Saliba following the French star’s red card against Bournemouth at the weekend.
The duo have been key members of the London club’s backline and without them, Liverpool will be very confident heading north to London.
Calafiori has played nine times for Arsenal this season and has started the Gunners’ last four Premier League games.
