Arsenal and Liverpool are still interested in a potential move for Real Madrid attacking midfielder Arda Guler if he is available, sources have revealed. Caught offside.
The Turkey international has struggled to play at the Bernabeu this season, with Carlo Ancelotti having plenty of other attacking options which have limited the 19-year-old’s opportunities to get on the pitch.
Arsenal and Liverpool have been eyeing Guler in recent times, although in the summer it was felt that Real Madrid considered the player untouchable and in fact they ended up keeping him despite interest from other clubs.
Now, however, it remains to be seen if Guler is really as important to Real Madrid as previously stated, with Ancelotti simply cannot find a place for him to white’s alignment.

Arda Guler transfer: should he leave Real Madrid for Arsenal or Liverpool?
Guler looked like an exciting prospect when he first moved to Madrid, and it seemed inevitable that he would get your chance on the team at some pointbut it hasn’t happened to him yet.
One imagines the ex-Fenerbahce winger won’t have to wait much longer for his breakthrough, and if he does leave, it looks like he would still have suitors in England who would be willing to give him a chance.
Liverpool would surely do well to add a new attacking player amid doubts over Mohamed Salah’s future as he is in the final year of his contract, while Cody Gakpo has been somewhat inconsistent and Federico Chiesa has failed to impress long since he joined.
Arsenal, meanwhile, surely need more depth behind Bukayo Saka, as they really miss something when he is out of the squad injured.
The Gunners may also feel there would be room for Guler as an option in a more central role, giving them an option behind Martin Odegaard, who also has no replacement if he is injured.
