Liverpool’s director, Arne Slot, has offered his support for the non -established midfielder Harvey Elliott, who has played significantly less under the Dutch than before under Jurgen Klopp.

“Harvey is one of the players who did not have as much play time as he deserves,” said Slot.
“But, like some, he is in competition with so many good players that mainly (me) have chosen other players. In addition, partly because he was injured for a long time and I have been honest with him.”
