I don’t know about you, but as a business traveler with millions of miles, a good backpack is important to me. When you spend as much time in airports and airplanes as any frequent traveler, comfort, organization and long-lasting quality make traveling a little easier.

Vessel PrimeX 2.0 Backpack
The ship says it is new Vessel PrimeX 2.0 Backpack The line “blends sleek minimalism with smart organization, elevated materials and first-of-its-kind travel features.” My biggest beef with business backpacks is the lack of structure. After all, there’s only so much room under the seat in front of you. The new PrimeX 2.0, like Vessel’s original PrimeX backpacks, is designed to hold its shape and stay structured. Plus, there are enough pockets to stay organized, but not so much that you waste space or pack in more junk than you need.
Since it’s a ship, it should at least have a magnetic closure. of PrimeX 2.0 it features what Vessel calls the Magnetic Pocket Pod. It’s a quick-access compartment for items like keys, earbuds, pens, and anything else you might want to grab quickly. The pad also comes with a locking feature for a little extra security when you need it.
The main compartment features a velor-lined sleeve for your laptop and an extended monitor setup if you have one. The PrimeX 2.0 Regular fits a 15-inch laptop. The 2.0 Plus fits up to a 16-inch laptop.
There’s also plenty of room for cords and chargers, noise-canceling headphones and other travel essentials.
The 2.0 Plus, as the name suggests, is the larger of the two. It includes a dedicated shoe compartment and plenty of extra clothing for a quick overnight trip.

As with the ship’s golf bags, PrimeX 2.0 Backpack The line is made from Vessel’s signature premium synthetic leather. Both the regular and Plus models feature antimicrobial linings, water-resistant zippers with genuine leather zipper pulls, padded back panels, large main compartments with interior zippered pockets, and magnetic pocket clasps with locks.
Both also feature double water bottle sleeves, leather straps and a trolley sleeve that slips over the handle of a rolling suitcase. The standard PrimeX 2.0 backpack has seven external and 14 internal pockets. The larger Plus model features eight exterior pockets and 15 interior pockets.
As for the price, it is one The shipso you can expect it be premium. Whether it’s worth it to you just depends on how much you travel and what you expect from your backpack. For me, it’s the structure, ease of access and how well it fits under the seat. I favor thoughtful storage and organization. Few things in flight suck as much as being stuck in a cramped seat and rummaging through your bag at 30,000 feet.
