Animova, the keys qualify for the WTA Riyadh final – tennis now

The WTA final in Riyadh will be a determined American issue.

Amanda Animova and Madison Keys made their qualification for this year’s event, which begins on November 1. The Americans’ pairite join the WTA World No.1 Aryna Sabalenka, IgA Swiatek and Coco Guff in a draw with $ 15.5 million in the bid prices. Animova will make her debut at the Crown Jewel event while Keys has won her first qualification in nine years.

If Jessica Pegula qualifies, as expected, it would do four Americans in the field of eight players.

It has been a breakout season for Animova, who made the first 20, 10 and 5 best debuts after reaching the return-back finals in Wimbledon at US Open. Likewise for the keys, who won her big girls’ title in Melbourne. And went to a 16 -match winning belt that took it from January to March.

24-year-old Animova, ranked fourth, also won the Doha title.

Keys, 30, is 37-13 per season, while Animova is 41-15 and still hunting in Beijing, where she will play Coco Gauff in the semifinals tonight.

Three points remain unheard of for Riyadh, with Jessica Pegula, Mirra Andreeva and Elena Rybakina in a pole position, but still not clear after Jasmine Paolini and Ekaterina Alexandrova continue to pressure from the outside.
