Shakur is a good fighter, but he cannot crack eggs and will be overwhelmed by Cruz’s offense. The offensive restrictions and the tendency to move uninterrupted if they are under pressure would prevent Stevenson from beating a fighter of Andy Cruz’s class.
Hearn Protect Shakur Stevenson
It is doubtful that Shakur’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, will fight him against Andy Cruz, because his focus is to send him in the mega money one against Gervonta Davis. Hearn did not sign Shakur just to put him at the 2020 Olympic Golden Medal of Cruz and watch him be exposed to a one -sided loss.
