On the heel of her daughter’s WTA 1000 title in Dubai, the milestones continue to come to Mirria Andva.
The 17-year-old celebrates her Top-10 debut on Monday, entering no.9 (+5) this week to become the youngest player to rank within the 10 best since Nicole Vaidisova in 2007.
Andreeva, who turns 18 on April 29, is the seventh player in the last 30 years to keep a 10th ranking before the 18th birthday.

Keys makes Top 5 debut
Madison Keys Celebrated the 30th birthday on February 17th. A week later the Australian Open 2025 champion has something else to celebrate: a high ranking-5!
Keys set up a place in no. 5 to make its debut on Top-5, and becomes the 96th player to reach the Top-5 in the WTA ranking history.
Clarification: Tauson is for real
Arriving in the final in Dubai, where she defeated world No.1 Aryna Sabalenka, has catapulted Denmark Clara Tauson in a high career ranking of no.23. The 22-year-old former Junior No.1 throws 15 points this week.
Moreover, Eva Lys, Germany, made another high career, raising 10 points to no.77, while 23-year-old Moyuka Uchijima rises eight points in a high career no.54.
