US Open Pickleball Championship this weekend.
Famer Agassi, a twice tennis tennis champion at US Open, announced that he will make his pro -picleball debut at the Pickleball US Open championship in Naples, Florida.
Former World Nr. 1 Aagassi will partner 18-year-old Anna Leigh Water With their open match for Saturday, April 30 at noon. The match will be television by CBS Sports Network.

Agassi, who has previously played matches of the Pickleball Exhibition along with his wife and friend Famier Hall Steffi Graftold Cnbc He does not plan to pursue a full -time picleball career.
“If I had the luxury of gang width to concentrate all my energy on just the game and recovery of the body and all those things, it would be a joy. But I didn’t,” Agassi CNBC told. “Now I’m in another season.”
The 54-year-old Agassi will follow Buddy John Mineroe and take over as captain of the team of the 2025 Laver Cup in San Francisco.
His Pickleball Waters partner said she scouted Agassi’s game before asking him to partner this weekend at US Open.
“We both tend to go wrong on the aggressive side, and I think it works,” Waters said. “Andrei’s goals are to increase the sport of pickleball, and this is a great goal of mine.
“I thought if we were going to collaborate together. That would be a really great way to boost the sport.”
