The Major League Baseball season is over, and attention has now turned to this offseason’s free agent class.
With several established starting pitchers including Blake Snell, Corbin Burns, Max Fried and Rocky Sasaki, teams have plenty of options.
Fried is one of the star players who could potentially join a new team in 2025, and MLB analysts Todd Frazier and AJ Pierzynski predicted where he would land if he doesn’t return to the Atlanta Braves.
“Baltimore Orioles,” Frazier said, via Foul Territory . easily slip in there and be the No. 1 guy.”

Pierzhinsky has another destination in mind.
“The Red Sox,” Pierzynski said, mimicking a Boston accent. “They need a good left-handed starter. They need a good left-handed starter.”

Fried entered the league in 2017 and played all eight seasons of his MLB career with the Braves.
In 2024, Fried started 29 games and went 11-10 with a 3.25 ERA and 166 strikeouts in 174.1 innings.
While many predictions are made about where free agents will land, there is always the chance that a dark horse team will swoop in and sign a player.
Speculation about the free agent class is enough to keep fans focused as they wait to acquire the league’s best players.
