The two legends of sports wanted to praise Diego Schwartzman For his legendary career on Thursday: Rafael Nadal AND Novak Djokovic. The Argentine, who ended his play career with a loss to Pedro Martinez before it was Sent by fans of the house in an emotional farewell to courttook notes from both on social media.
“Congratulations to your brilliant career!” Nadal wrote. “You have been a great example of war and overcoming and I am glad we have shared so many moments in the county. Enjoy your next stage!”

To which Schwartzman replied: “Rafa, thank you for letting me share so many moments inside and outside the court. You are, you were and will be a legend forever. To beat you! “
The 24-time Djokovic champion posted a story on Instagram for Schwartzman.
“Amigo, congratulations on an extraordinary career!” Wrote Gjokovic.

Schwartzman replied: “Thank you Nole! Few people know what you do for this sport, and it makes you even greater than your exploitation in court. It has been a pleasure to be able to see you near all these years.”
Schwartzman completed his career with four ATP titles and 251 matches winning. He arrived at Roland-Garros’s semi-final in 2020 and played four large quarter-finals, with two coming to Paris. The 32-year-old reached a high career ranking of no.8.
