An eyewitness account of the London marathon
This article is about all the experience of covering the London marathon. The title is misleading, but we will achieve it during it.
People often envy what I do. Take the Paris Olympics. I had the best place in the house, Stadea de France, to watch the Noy Lyler that 100m won the final event of 100 m, and then I had the opportunity to have the opportunity. Then talk to athletes.

Watching a marathon in any case is different. A good place for a straight line of the house gives a perfect scene to the straight line of the house. As long as you’re not in a helicopter, there is no place to watch the whole marathon course. I was talking to BBC Radio comment, who told me that he had once commented on Manchester’s London Marathon, where BBC Sport is based. They decided that technically, it was easier to do this from Manchester, 200 miles away.

Excuse me frustrating you, but no one has seen any of your “eye eye” race. I was at the Media Center, At about 200 m tent on the top, watching the tribes on the big screen or split screen to keep on top of different races. In addition to BBC Television Comment:Our media host We are constantly placed in time and places, because the races have developed. We were based on Tower Bridge Hotel a few years ago, so it was possible get out and watch the runners when they crossed the bridge. There is no access to the course here.

Return to my tent, with coffee and cookies, the location of the nearby has a significant advantage. The mixed zone, where journalists interview the athletes, who are in our tent, is far closer to the end than when the Media Center was at Tower Bridge. So we get our interviews much faster.
I headed to London from Oxford to London this morning, leaving at 6 in the morning. On 25. The bus company has offered free travels for runners, but not athletics writers. Before and especially after the race, I saw the loads of runners. And after the race, we had the opportunity to talk to elite athletes.
But not leaving it. A large marathon is much harder to watch than a track or field event.
