In the final event of the night, Jared Nuguse kept close tabs on NOR’s Jakob Ingebrigtsen and took the lead in the 100m final to win
3:29:21. NOR’s Jakob Ingebrigtsen was second in 3:29.52. Olympic champion Cole Hawker of the USA finished third in 3:30.46.
Jacob Kirop, KEN, won the men’s 3000m in 7:34.80. USA’s Woody Kincaid was fifth in 7:42.75.
Olympic champion Grant Holloway (USA) won the men’s 110m hurdles with a time of 12.99. American Freddie Crittenden was the third with a coefficient of 13.15. Daniel Roberts, USA, was an Olympic silver medalist, finishing fifth with a time of 13.18. Cordell Tinch of the USA was seventh in 13.31.
In the men’s 400m hurdles, Roshawn Clark won the race in 47.49. USA’s CJ Allen was fifth with 48.20.

In the men’s shot put, Ryan Kruser returned to his winning ways with six throws of 22m and a best of 22.66m. USA’s Peyton Otterdahl was third with 21.38m. USA Joe Kovach was 4th with 20.90 m. Roger Steen, USA, 20.44m, was seventh.
USA’s Sha Curry Richardson won the women’s 100m with a time of 10.84. Julien Alfred was second with 10.88. Tamari Davis was fifth in 11.06.
Women’s 5000m won by Beatrice Chebet, KEN, 14:09.52 WL. Carissa Schweitzer, USA, came in 14;47.05. USA’s Elise Cranny was 8th in 14:54.33. USA’s Whitney Morgan was 9th in 14:54.89.
Women’s 100m hurdles Jasmine Camacho-Quinn, PUR, 12.36. Masay Russell, the champion of the Olympic Games of the USA, was third with a coefficient of 12.47.
USA’s Grace Stark was 4th with 12.49. USA’s Kenny Harrison was seventh with 12.57.
In the women’s 400m hurdles, Shean Salmon upset Olympic silver medalist Anna Cockrell 52.97-53.17. Shamier Little of the USA was third with 54.07.
In the women’s pole vault held at Zurich’s historic train station, Olympic champion Nina Kennedy continued her dominance with a fine 4.87m, while Katie Moon (USA), 2021 Olympic champion, 2024 Olympic silver, was third in 4.82. m, and three-time world champion Sandy Morris (2-time silver and 1-time bronze) and silver medalist at the 2016 Rio Olympics finished fifth with a length of 4.67 m.
