USA Racing forms a strategic partnership with Team ANDIFER to strengthen the talent development pipeline.
Team America Racing, the world’s most recognized Moto2 team, the third power in the world championship and the dominant team behind the Calex brand, has announced a strategic partnership with ANDIFER, the team owned by José Antonio Diaz. ANDIFER is an established team in the JuniorGP Championship.
This will create a strong talent development structure, starting with participation in the European Moto2 Championship and the European Talent Cup (ETC) in 2025, in partnership with American Racing. It is designed to provide young riders with a clear and progressive path to the MotoGP World Championship. Including those from the United States and other countries.
The main goal of the partnership is to provide a strong platform for American riders to develop their skills and gain international experience to prepare for the international stage. The project provides young talent from the USA and other countries with the necessary tools to develop their potential in a competitive and world-class environment. By providing technical expertise and an experienced support team, the initiative aims to develop riders in an integrated and systematic way, ensuring their readiness for future MotoGP races.
The program focuses primarily on the development of riders in the Moto2, ETC categories, providing all the necessary technical and human resources to ensure the progression of riders to the Junior GPP. The technical expertise of Moto2 American Racing and ANDIFER’s experience in ETC will be overseen by veteran team manager Ricard Jove, supported by a team of professionals committed to the success of this exciting project. Two drivers will be selected for each category, with further announcements to follow.
