My opinion
When I was learning golf, the first thing I always looked at was the grip, stance and grip. If you can get those things down, you have a chance.
The grip is your only connection to the club. Everything that happens in the shot starts there. Do you? need another gadget? Maybe not. But if you’ve ever questioned your stamina or feel like a little something keeps getting in the way, it’s a cheap and practical place to start.
I also like it as an indoor training tool for players who need a way to practice in the winter. Grab a club every day and things won’t seem so foreign the next time you hit the course.
The only negative I see with the SKLZ Grip Trainer is the lack of training. Some great explainer videos from the company would be helpful, or some exercises and practical tips.
