He will be joined by Zambia’s Muzala Samukonga and France’s Clement Ducos, and the trio will take part in the Michael Johnson event.
Alison dos Santos, Muzala Samukonga and Clément Ducos have signed Path to Grand Slam.
At the Paris Olympics, dos Santos won a second consecutive bronze medal in the 400 m hurdles, behind Ray Benjamin and Karsten Warholm.
The 24-year-old, who is the 2022 world 400m hurdles champion, also reclaimed his Diamond League trophy in Brussels and boasts a personal best of 46.29 over the distance, which puts him third on the all-time list.
Dos Santos will also run in the 400m Path to Grand Slam and his fastest time in one lap is 45.25.

Samukonga secured bronze at the Olympics by one lap to win Zambia’s first medal at the Games, only the third in the country’s history, since Samuel Matete’s silver in the 400m hurdles in Atlanta in 1996.
The 21-year-old shot to fame at the 2022 Commonwealth Games when he took gold in 44.66 minutes, falling over the line after passing Matthew Hudson-Smith.
The Brit beat Samukonga by one at the Olympics, but the Zambian improved his national record to 43.74.
“Being a part of Path to Grand Slam it’s an honor and I will proudly represent my country Zambia in this league,” said Samukonga.
“I’m excited to continue racing at a high level in all four slams against great competition. As soon as I heard about GST I wanted to get involved and now I can look forward to some great races next year. This project will allow us as athletes to express ourselves in many new ways, and that is a very tempting prospect.”
Dukos had a breakout season and finished fourth in the Olympic 400m hurdles final behind Benjamin, Warholm and dos Santos.
The 23-year-old French star was cheered on by a partisan crowd at the Stade de France and clocked 47.76 in Paris.
He then surpassed that mark with a stunning 47.42 at the Silesian Diamond League, putting Dukos fourth on the all-time European 400m hurdles list.
“This is a very special opportunity for me,” Dukos said. “I am delighted to represent France on the Grand Slam circuit and look forward to competing against the best in the world in this league.
“This is a great platform for us as athletes to grow and stay at the forefront of sports around the world. After the Olympics, I am happy to be a part of GST and build this league. I look forward to continuing to test myself against many other great racers and can’t wait to get started.”
That means 13 athletes have now signed up Path to Grand Slam With dos Santos, Samukonga and Ducos joining Masai Russell, Sirena Samba-Mayela, Jasmine Camacho-QuinnSydney McLaughlin-Levron, Melissa Jefferson, Fred Curley, Kenny BednarekCole Hawker, Jared Nugus, and Josh Kerr.
All of these athletes will be Racers, meaning they compete in all four Slams and receive an annual base compensation for competing in each, as well as being eligible for full prize money.
The Grand Slam Track will feature 48 racers and Challengers. They will be assigned to compete in one of the following categories and will compete in two events during each Slam: Short Sprint (100m/200m), Short Hurdles (100m Hurdles or 110m Hurdles/100m), Long Sprint (200m/400m), Long Hurdles (400m Hurdles/400m). , short distance (800m/1500m) or long distance (3000m/5000m).
