EUR իկաջակներմիզմ RESEARCH NEWS ABOUT THE WINNING SOCIAL VIDEO VIDEO VIDEO, Mixing fashion

Recently, 16-year-old Alex Lennon focused on social media with his energy post-Soviet interviews. These popular videos were made of its standard performances in the past month, which are included in the 19-year-old English intersection race, which runs in a high-ranking world race.

Lennon, Surrey, can be on the winning layer, but he has not come from anywhere. Last year, he completed the fifth at the 18-year-old 18-year championship, the upcoming British Eva Girimi and refraining, he had previously had his passions of business and athletics.

Behind him, with his intersection, Lennon turns his attention to the path to qualify for European Under-20 Championships in August.

How did the title of the country’s country win?

I had been loud for all the media outlets for a very long time after that race. I hope it hasn’t reached a lot. After seeing my AW videos on Instagram and Tiktok, it was quite crazy. All my friends saw it, and it was amazing to see that new people arose after that video.

You know you’re capable of winning?

There are several races that you are ready to make it perfectly perfect and in your head, you think. “No way can be mistaken.” I wouldn’t say it was one of them. I entered into the race, thinking. “I’m not sure about this,” but about half it reached half, and the pace slows slightly, but I felt very good. At that time I thought I could have it in the bag. So, because the race continued, I filled with more confidence.

My coach, as a rule, never check your shoulders, because if you do it, you know you die. But I had to quickly look at that last corner and saw that they were a little behind it was my sign that I just enjoyed its end.

How did the intersection season take place?

I find the cross country a little weird season, because you have a few races in October, and you have a long time in November where it really doesn’t go.
So, I founded many of my expectations of what happened in November that it wasn’t really accurate. The challenge of “Liverpool” was a rough time, and Cardiff did not go through the way I hoped for that earlier tribes (up to the national) that I thought my body had time to improve and at some time.

How did you get into athletics first?

Atletician at school appeared in five years, where it was just a crossroads of the school and school. I spent one training camp in Satton for several years to eight a week, and when I started to become a little more serious.

What is the middle week course for you?

My middle run would be 70-80 km away a week so I can try to fill it with cross-learning wherever I can. I do the long run on Sundays and Tuesday and Thursday, and they tend to be different.

How was your British debut experience at the European Under-18 Championship?

I felt fully surreal. It was one of the most sensible things I’ve ever done. On the track, I had never competed for England and I had never competed for GB so that the euro was doing such a great move.

I had a very successful competition. It was the last four to finish it in the final and warming, I came to fifth. I was absolutely destroyed. After that I didn’t want to talk to anyone and just wanted to do my job. Then I received a message saying that one of the boys before me had been disqualified.

I was in the finals to hear it was like a dream. To have my coach, my father stared at the end of that final, the best thing. I think I was able to racing a much better race with all the warmth. I felt more comfortable and finished in the fifth.

What does that experience teach you?

It taught me something I’m still doing today, which is doing everything for the day. For Europeans, I was not very good at it. There are many things I usually do before the race I just forgot to do. I didn’t do my energy gels. I didn’t write a program that I was going to do in advance, and if there are one thing that leads me, it did everything on the day of the race.

Why did you decide to create athletics fashion business?

My old business, the screw was running, was a way to combine my two passions of fashion and athletics. I brought it together for the people of my age group and hosted long-term prospects, and I made special clothes drops.

It was a wonderful thing to be able to bring all these people together, and it’s absolutely something I would love to continue. I lost a little passion to create clothes, but I never lost the passion to unite communities.

So if there is one thing I would like to do in 2025, just long-terms, sessions and things I can bring people to my age group together.

What’s next to you?

I would love to go to a university to the USA. This season is about everything I want to get the best time so I can open as many doors as I can for my future. European Under 20 years old champions are the fact that I have really got my eyes.
