Manchester United star Alexandre Garnacho It seems he has deactivated his X/Twitter account ahead of today’s big game against Liverpool.
It is not entirely clear why Garnacho has made this decision, but it is now widely shared by various United fan accounts on social media.
Could Alejandro Garnacho leave Man Utd for this big European club?
See below some screenshots of Garnacho’s page, showing that it is no longer accessible…

Garnacho has mainly been a key player for United in recent years, establishing himself as a talented young player, although he hasn’t always been the most consistent.
Just like that, the Argentine’s attitude has been called into question from time to timeand perhaps it seems that he is now sick of hearing the criticism on social media.
Alejandro Garnacho’s deleted X account: What does it mean for Manchester United?
Garnacho could do well to shut out noise like this and focus on his football, so it could be seen as a good sign that he has taken this step to spend less time looking at online comments.
However, the 20-year-old could also be showing that he is simply not happy with United and their supporters, which perhaps paints a less optimistic picture.
Either way, it’s perhaps another example of the kind of headlines United don’t want ahead of such a big game.
It’s been a difficult season for the Red Devils, and Liverpool will be favorites to win big this afternoon, perhaps in something close to a repeat of the 7-0 win at Anfield a couple of seasons ago.
Garnacho is one of those players who has been below par for much of this season, and he will surely know that doing something like that won’t exactly paint the picture of a happy, settled team.
