Afghanistan will face Bangladesh in a three-match ODI series in the UAEIt begins on Wednesday, November 6, at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. All matches will take place at the same place.
Afghanistan enter the series with confidence after a recent win South Africa won the three-match ODI series 2-1.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh won the last ODI series Sri Lankaat the same time by a score of 2-1, although that series took place in March of this year. Since then, they have focused on Test and T20I matches.
The two teams are close to each other in the ICC ODI rankings, with Bangladesh ranked 8th and Afghanistan ranked 9th.
