If you haven’t noticed, adidas Golf is currently in its absolute bag.
From the OG Samba to the recent influx of heavy streetwear drops, the Three Stripes has leaned hard into the look good, play good lifestyle. Their latest move? A limited capsule collaboration with Metalwood Studio that feels like a fever dream for anyone who grew up watching World Cup skate and soccer videos in the early 2000s.

It’s hard to describe what I’m feeling right now.
On the one hand, the adidas Golf x Metalwood MC70 golf shoes make me feel like a kid again. The soccer boot-inspired stitching and sleek silver upper harks back to adidas heritage and brings back my fond memories of chasing a white ball around a green field.
On the other hand, it makes me feel quite old. Retro stripes, baggy clothing and a reminder that I have a child of my own who will hopefully find joy in chasing a white ball on the grass (golf or soccer) soon.

For those interested, you can purchase the new (old) points starting Thursday at Studio Metalwood and Friday on the adidas CONFIRMED app, adidas.com and select retailers.
