Cozby, known as @3piecesofpecan On social media (with more than 1.6 million followers on numerous platforms), he also likes the main rib for his versatility. “With butter, garlic and fresh herb, the meal is a little on the heavy side,” he says. “But it’s easy to make sandwiches or as a proper meal with all the traditional sides.”

Cozby’s rib recipe was inspired by another social media star, @Salt_ hankwhich specializes in cooking lessons and sandwich creation.

“The combination of beef with quality, horseradish cheese and melted into a perfect bun immersed in Au Jus is simply difficult to defeat,” Cozby says.

There are, of course, some best practice tips to make your main ribs better it can be.

“This is a sprinkled meal, so go out and buy a large beef cut, ideally the main cut, but the choice will work well if it suits your budget,” he says.

When it comes to sides, cozby prefers common elements like a potato and a Caesar.

Of course, a rich meal deserves an equally satisfactory final. Ocotecologic is a great association for meat -accepted, but if you prefer something on the easiest side, an espresso Martini is a safe winner.
