Abdullah Mason (17-0, 15 COs) is allegedly fighting against Giovanni Cabrera on April 5 in a 10 round. This is a step for the top-promoted bricklayer from his recent victory last Friday night against Manuel Jaimes.

Thaboxingvoice reports that lightweight Mason, 20, will fight Cabrera (22-2, 7 COs) within two months of now. This has been the first fight of Cabrera since being knocked out by William Zepeda in Ontario, California, in the seventh round by William Zepeda.
