Former Tottenham scout Bryan King has revealed that super-talented Mikey Moore is going the extra mile behind the scenes to improve his game.
The 17-year-old who recently signed his first professional contract with the club is one of the top talents in the country and is being tipped as the club’s next great.
Since joining Tottenham as an under-9, Moore has steadily progressed through the ranks.
Last season in the U18 Premier League, he scored 14 goals and provided 8 assists in just 12 games. He continued his form in pre-season with the first team scoring 4 goals, earning the praise of Ange Postecoglou.
This season is expected to be his big season with the club. He made a cameo appearance against Brentford in the 3-1 win last Saturday, replacing Dominic Solanke in the dying minutes.
And he is a contender to make his first Europa League start for Tottenham on Thursday when they face Qarabag FK.

King has revealed that the youngster is doing extra work with a personal trainer behind the scenes and could become a frequent feature in the first team this season.

“It was really exciting to see Moore play against Brentford.”
“He’s been doing extra work behind the scenes with a personal trainer, working with Jamie Atkins, who’s Ian Atkins’ son. Jamie runs a camp for young players called Peak Performance. He’s worked with Moore, and both the “Ian and Jamie tell me that this kid is a great talent.”
“I think Moore has a real future in the game; he seems very confident. Players like Harry Kane, Glenn Hoddle and Steve Perryman broke into the team at a young age. We hope Moore can follow in his footsteps.”
