If you grew up playing baseball, you have probably heard the old cliché: “The mass is equal to the gas.” It is often preached to the bins seeking to win a few extra miles per hour in the radar weapon-and it seems that this gospel has made its way to Golf.

“I feel like I’m almost just as strong, if not even stronger now, and when I go to it, I can get the ball speed 200 miles-a hour very easily now,” says Dechambeau.
“I’ve kept it just because I hit golf balls every day and speed the train every time at a time,” Dechambeau says. “It was not really more diets than the speed training, hitting 100 balls three times a week as quickly as I can with the driver, and just continue to push the borders with a forecast monitor telling me how fast I was hitting.”
So, it seems that the key to distance away, lies less on your diet and more to elbow fats – or hard work dechambeau has inserted in rapid training.
