Talking about his fitness, MS Dhoni admitted that he is not as fit as before. He emphasized that he was involved in various sports to practice cricket. He talks about his fitness at Eurogrip Tires YouTube channel, he explained:

“I’m not as fit as I used to be, now you have to work hard on what you eat and I do a lot of special things to be fit for cricket. We’re not fast bowlers so our demands are not as tight.”

“What helps me is doing a lot of exercise in between eating and going to the gym. So whenever I have time, I like to play a lot of different sports that keep me busy, maybe tennis, badminton or soccer. It’s the best way to connect with fitness. way.”

MS Dhoni then spoke about cricket and said that the best way to play the sport for a batter is to react to whatever is thrown at them.

For a batsman to play cricket, it means looking at the ball and reacting to everything that is thrown at you.”
