Tottenham Captain Son Heung-min has been sidelined with a muscle complaint since the 3-0 Europa League win over Qarabag but is expected to be fit to play on Saturday. If not, on-loan winger Timo Werner will likely retain his place on the left flank.
There will be a decision for manager Postecoglou to make whether to choose Rodrigo Bentancur or Yves Bissouma in midfield, with both players covering large distances during the international break.
Richarlison is back in training, having not played since August, but Wilson Odobert remains on the treatment table and is unlikely to feature.
Tottenham predicted line-up against West Ham (4-3-3): Vicar; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Kulusevski, Bentancur, Maddison; Johnson, Solanke, Son.
Lopetegui has few injury concerns, although summer signing Niclas Fullkrug was injured in training in Germany in September and will not be available at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Has not played for West Ham since a cameo against Manchester City at the end of August.
Michail Antonio’s strike helped the Hammers become the first away team to beat Tottenham at their new stadium and the Jamaica international could start up front after scoring his first Premier League goal of the season League against Ipswich in their last outing.
West Ham predicted against Tottenham (4-2-3-1): areola; Wan-Bissaka, Todibo, Kilman, Emerson; Rodriguez, Soucek; Bowen, Package, Kudus; Anthony
Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou has been stewing since the defeat at Brighton and will demand a response from his team on Saturday. A win is needed to restore his side as top four contenders, but this London derby is often competitive and the Hammers will not want to go back to their London rivals.
Lopetegui oversaw a much-needed win against Ipswich and his style of play can see some success here if the Irons can take their chances.
It could be a high-scoring thriller, but Tottenham might just edge it out.
