Trailblazers Motorcycle Club announced the Hall of Fame


Movie trailers choose honor for 2027

On Tuesday, June 16, the Trailblazers (motorcycle club) board of directors held a meeting at the headquarters of the Motorcycle Industry Council in Irvine, California. The purpose of their meeting was to review, discuss and ultimately decide which of the eight (Tracking Hall of Fame) award winners will be selected from the 20 nominees for 2027 at the Carson Center (in Carson, California) for the first time on Sunday, April 4, 2027.

Seven new Hall of Fame detectives have been elected. They were:

Pat Alexander – 43-year employee at US Suzuki with multi-race team involvement.

Brad Andrews – Winner of three Daytona 200s and AMA Grand National Championship in 1955.

Mark Johnson – Four decades of experience in managing two and four wheeler companies.

Rick Johnson – One of the most successful motocross and greatest racers of all time.

Gunnar Lindstrom – In the year Swedish MX rider in the 1960s who stayed in America to race and work.

John Ulrich – Magazine publisher (wide circulation) adopting air defenses (soft barriers) on runways.

Eddie Cole – The founder of Answer Products, in addition to his prestigious Hall of Fame induction, will receive the Earl & Lucile Flanders Lifetime Achievement Award.

Dick Hammer Award recipient:

Jody Nicholas – While a former Trailblazers Hall of Fame inductee, he was a nationally selected AMA Pro Racer in the 1960s and ’70s (he served three years as a Marine pilot in Vietnam). The Trailblazers’ highest recognition will be the Dick Hammer Award.
