“The difficulty for him now is exactly this: he has to rebuild himself and try to adapt his riding style to be competitive. His riding and his strengths.
“This is certainly a track where he has been very fast in Superbike; he knows it well and brings his strengths. He did well today, but as we said, he is changing his riding style, so he is trying to adapt to this bike and these tyres.”
In line with the collective sentiment in the MotoGP paddock, Sacchetti is confident fans will see a more competitive Razgatlioglu in the 2027 premier class under new rules.
“Then I believe we will see the truth next year, especially at Toprac, because the rules, tires and other things will change,” he said. “The bike will be a little more human and a little closer.
