Celestino Vitetti was fastest in Moto2 World Championship Free Practice One (FP1) on Friday morning at the Sector de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain. Riding his Beta equipment SpeedRS team’s Boscoscuro on Pirelli Control tires, the Italian rider covered the 2.89-mile (4.66 km) road course in 1:42.028 to lead the field of 27 riders.
Senna Agius was the best of the rest with a 1:42.453 on his Liqui Moly Dynavolt Inact GP Kalex.
Alex Eskrig was third fastest in the KLINT Racing Team Forward at 1:42.567.
American Joe Roberts finished the opening session in 20th with a 1:43.786 in his OnlyFans American Racing Team Kalex.
