Pedro Acosta has opened up about his relationship with VR46 rider Fabio Di Giannantonio after their split at the French Grand Prix.

Speaking to media outlets including MARCA ahead of the Catalan Grand Prix; Acosta He struck a more diplomatic tone, saying he wanted to put the incident ‘behind him’.

When asked about his relationship with Di Giannantonio, Acosta made it clear that he kept his distance from all the drivers on the grid.
“My relationship with him? He’s politically correct. I don’t have much of a relationship with anyone here.”
Some believe that he is charismatic Acosta will be the ‘face’ of MotoGP. Seven-time champion Marc Marquez has retired. He is set to join the works Ducati team alongside his compatriot next year.
Acosta won his first premier-class race in Thailand when he beat Marquez in a thrilling sprint race, but has only scored one podium in the last four weekends, with KTM finishing first and third behind Aprilia and Ducati.
