Massimo Rivola hopes Marc Marquez will return to MotoGP action as soon as possible to fight against the ‘best rider’ of the Aprilia.
Seven-time world champion Marquez had a tough weekend at Le Mans after crashing out of the sprint.
The 33-year-old was trying to stay on the back of Honda rider Luca Marini but was forced up by lap 13.
After staying away from the accident, the Spaniard was diagnosed with a metatarsal fracture in his right foot.
Marquez has since had surgery To treat the right leg, as well as the troublesome right shoulder. It is currently unknown when he will return to the track.
