Alvaro Carpe was fastest in Moto3 World Championship practice on Friday morning in Le Mans, France. Riding a Red Bull Ajo KTM on Pirelli control tires, the Spaniard covered the 2.6-mile (4.19 km) road course in 1:41.252 to lead a field of 26 riders.
David Almansa was the best remaining on his Liqui Moly Dynavolt Inact GP KTM with a 1:41.311.
Adrian Fernandez on the Leopard Racing Honda was third with a lap time of 1:41.547.
