“He was a Superbike rider, he always managed Pirelli tyres, which are very different to what we have in MotoGP, and in addition to the MotoGP world he has to learn how to manage Michelin tyres, which are different.
“He can’t brake like he used to, which is the strength point of the Pirelli tyres, he can’t go into the corners like in a Superbike, he has to manage the braking, and that’s a problem, it’s true that next year we’ll have a new set of rules.
“In theory, a lighter bike, a lighter bike, with a little less power, less input and a tire he’s already familiar with. It might be time for him to start taking off in our paddock. But there’s still a long way to go.
“We’re trying to give him all the advice we can to make this difficult road a little easier, and we’re trying to help him in any way we can.”

Pramak warned Torak Razgatlioglu that success would not be handed to him ‘on a silver platter’.
When Razgatlioglu spoke more about how he handled his recent struggles, Borsoi said he was frustrated, but he likes to see that from him.
However, he made sure to warn Razgatlioglu that success in MotoGP is difficult and requires patience.
“Like all riders, and especially someone who has won three world championships, he doesn’t take it well. That’s normal. And I’m glad he doesn’t take it too well, because you can see it, right?
He wants to stand out. He wants to be there as soon as possible. But in MotoGP, nobody hands anything out on a silver platter. The journey is long. But with the talent he has, I’m sure he’ll get there.
Razgatlioglu could benefit from the rule changes. Next year, especially regarding the jump from Michelin to Pirelli tires, considering the experience.
However, for now the Turkish rider needs to work on his craft, adapt to MotoGP this season, earn big money next year and show what he’s made of in 2027.
