George Martin led MotoGP World Championship Free Practice Two (FP2) on Saturday morning at the Circuit of the Americas in Texas. Riding his Aprilia Racing RS-GP26 on special Michelin tyres, the Spaniard set a lap time of 2:01.563 to lead the field of 21 riders.
Marc Marquez was third in 2:01.714 on the Lenovo Ducati Desmosedici GP26 and his team-mate Francesco Bagnaia was third in 2:01.763.
Martin’s teammate Marco Bezecchi finished fourth in the session with a time of 2:01.789.
Fabio Di Giantantonio secured fifth with a lap time of 2:01.983 on the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Ducati Desmosedici GP26.
