For years, Tour Edge’s Hot Launch lineup it does exactly what the name implies: It helps you get the ball in the air and generate speed.
With the latest iteration, the Hot Launch Max, the full lineup of drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons and wedges has been modernized to INCENTIVE sorry and departure. In other words, Hot start it has become more Hot Launch.
“Game-improving golfers deserve uncompromising performance and quality as part of their path to improvement, and the Hot Launch Max delivers,” Tour Edge founder and CEO David Glod said in a release. “The long game is where golfers lose the most confidence when the ball doesn’t stay in play. Hot Launch Max fairways are designed to restore stability and predictability to those shots, so golfers can swing freely and trust the score.
“These irons and wedges are designed to make hard contact easier to improve consistency and give players more confidence in their approach and scoring clubs.”

What’s really new with the Tour Edge Hot Launch Max — and why you should care
Two rows for two players
The Hot Launch Max series is actually split into two different lines, the Hot Launch Max and the Hot Launch Max D.
The Hot Launch Max will be a traditional super-game upgrade line with stiffer lofts to increase distance with more traditional designs like hollow rear bars and blade wedges.
The Hot Launch Max D is a full line of draw-biased products, including an offset, heel-weighted hosel driver to promote club square at impact to combat one piece. The Max D line also features leaner lofts, hollow-body “ironwoods” and wide-sole wedges for maximum release and forgiveness.
Wood built for ease of long play

Each metal wood in the Hot Launch Max line has a back weight strategically placed for optimal MOI to make them easier to launch. In the Max D models, extra weight is added to the heel to give the clubs a draw bias.
MOI is also increased through a new V-taper sole, which tapers towards the rear end and shifts weight back to the perimeter.
Tour Edge is also setting it up Diamond Face VFT technology from the Exotics lineup in the Hot Launch irons, which optimizes face deflection to produce consistent ball speeds across the face.
Irons and wedges built for durability

Tour Edge
The Hot Launch Max is a more traditional game-improving iron with a cavity-centered back design Tour Edge VIBRCOR TPU insert to dampen vibration and improve feel while maintaining ball speed.
Meanwhile, the Hot Launch Max D ironwoods use a hollow body design for maximum MOI and a super wide and forgiving heel. They will also be released higher with more mass deep in the head.
“Approaching the game and trusting the short game is where golfers see the fastest improvement,” Glod said. “Consistency is what allows golfers to score, and Hot Launch Max cuffs and wedges are built to deliver predictable results when accuracy matters most.”

What are they: Hot Launch Max is a more traditional game-boosting lineup with a slight draw bias due to deep CGs.
Who are they for: Players looking to improve their ball swing and consistency.

What are they: The Hot Launch Max D is a complete line of draw bias clubs for players who struggle with one piece and need more loft for better launch conditions. The irons are hollow-bodied “ironwoods” for maximum release and forgiveness. The fairway features offset grooves to give players more time to square the face.
Who are they for: Players fighting with a proper error.
My take: Two lines that serve a purpose
What I love about Hot Launch is that it knows exactly what it is. It’s not for the elite ball-striker, but for the golfer who wants to have more fun on the course.
“Not every golfer wants to manipulate ball flight or chase ultra-low spin,” Glod said in the release. “Hot Launch Max is for players who want a simple, repeatable launch and performance that makes the game more enjoyable from the tee through the fairway.”
To that end, the Hot Launch Max takes what made past lines so successful and improves upon it. These are the clubs for players who are just getting into the game and want to enjoy golf the same way as a top player.
