Then I was browsing the Takomo site hearing about the recent news of the Finnish brand acquiring a barrel company, and I came across one of the best looking irons I’ve seen in a while.
I haven’t seen them in person yet, but Takomo’s new limited edition irons, called the Gift of Darkness, are pretty cool.

Takomo took their handsome 301CB iron and gave it a makeover befitting its name. If that’s the “coal” that ends up in my stocking this year, I’ll consider it a dub.
