The Poole AC runner’s 31:31 was a personal best. six seconds faster than she recently ran in the Leeds Abbey Dash as Hannah Irwin chased hard, but was 13 seconds down at the finish.
His 31:44 was also a personal best, but by a modest nine seconds, while third-place finisher Sam Harrison’s 31:51 was his fastest in two years.
