#The Journeyto Compete, Interview #4: Drew Bosley, Swoosh Track Club, explains it all, race inside, race, Drew Bosley, former NAU star, talks cross country.


Drew Bosley just does it.

While at Northern Arizona University, Drew excelled in indoor track, outdoor track and cross country.

Drew Bosley is from Wisconsin and won six WIAA titles while at Homestead High School.

Drew Bosley now competes for a new NIKE club, the Swoosh Track Club, and is based in Flagstaff, Arizona. His training partners include Woody Kincaid, Liam Murphy, Maggie Congdon, Parker Wolfe, Elise Stearns, Ethan Strand and Yussuf Bismani.

Drew ran a 3:59.34 mile, 13:13.26 5,000 meters and 27:53:48 10,000 meters. In cross country, Drew finished third in the NCAA Cross Country Division 1 meet with Northern Arizona University and was fifth in NCAA Cross Country in 2023. Drew was a big part of the NAU teams that won NCAA Cross Country titles in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Drew Bosley told RunBlogRun that he is preparing for the USA Cross Country Championships, which will be held on December 6th in Portland, Oregon, in conjunction with the NIKE NXN Championships.

I really enjoyed watching Drew Bosley race the indoor 3000 meters. “It’s my favorite distance indoors,” Drew admitted to this writer when we spoke at NXR Southwest on November 22, 2025.

RunBlogRun asked Drew for some tips for high schoolers on getting the most out of cross country. His answer: “Define success.”
