Carlos Alcaraz felt the Burn yard at a Miami Heat game last week.

World No. 1 Alcaraz was sitting in celebrity row when he came face-to-face with Burnie, the Miami Heat’s famous mascot.
In less than two weeks, Alcaraz will take the home court of the Miami Marlins.
The Miami Invitational on December 8 will be the first tennis event at the home of the Miami Marlins, offering the unique and historic tennis competition in a park.
The event will feature four of the best tennis players in the world: Alcaraz vs rising Brazilian star João Fonseca marking their first meeting and a showdown in the second round of Amanda Anisimova AND Jessica Pegula. Anisimova was born in Freehold, NJ, while Pegula is a Buffalo native. Both women now call Florida home.

Miami Heat fans gave Alcaraz, who defeated Casper Ruud to win his third career Miami Open title, a standing ovation. Burnie presented Alcaraz with his custom Miami Heat jersey, knocking off No. 99, and Alcaraz celebrated by flashing a peace sign to the fans.
