Coach Stephen Edwards doubts that Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis gets credit if he beats a 39 or 40-year-old Terence Crawford in a year or two after moving up to 160.
Build boots and lose Crawford
Ennis (35-0, 31 CO’s) is still fighting for junior middleweight, and he does not talk that he now wants to move to 160 or 168. He will soon have to do this to catch Crawford (42-0, 31 COs) before retiring.
