Bernard Lagat has been a gold medalist since 2007, 1500 meters and 5,000 meters of “Matumbo” next to his white Nike Racing shoes. This explains Matumbo and the whole on the back of Nike Track Spikes, which Bernard Lagat called it “Matumbo slot”.
