Driver’s distances with handikap
Women’s driver distances show a clear gap between scratch players and higher disabilities. Sleep players on average 252 yards away, while 26-plus handicaps on average 166 yards. The biggest entry comes after crossing the handicaps with a past digit.

This is a significant change and an advantage that women have, even if their distance lags behind that of male players.

What does this mean for your game
For women players players, these distance numbers create a realistic view of what is “average” for each level of handicap. If you are a 15 hand you hit your 200 yard driver, You are entitled to comply with the data. If you are shorter than these average, it does not mean that a shaky reconstruction is needed.
However, it can be a sign that your equipment can use an update or your oscillation is not as efficient as it may be. Spend some time with a release monitor and find out what your average is. Where does it stand?
