I’ve said this for a long time, but children’s golf clubs have been a completely bypassed market.

Yes, there are options – We children is probably more active in that space; Ping does a great job; Cobra, even Callaway and Taylormade have received a fair blow to it – but ultimately is a part of the market that needs a refresh.

In the past, children’s options would be a cut version of an adult club (so I learned). I had a cut -out tournament in Spalding that my uncle got to me from the local PGA professional, and while he was great, it is definitely not ideal when you are 12 years old. If you walk to a large box store these days, there are new sections, but they are usually buried in the back of the stores and for the most part there are no real “children fitting” platforms in the market. This is where I would like to see things change. It is an unused source of new players and like everything else, if you do it fun, the kids will follow.
