Ryan Garcia calls out Theofimo Lopez over a rejected Golden Boy Fight

Ryan Garcia has exposed theofimo Lopez as full “Cap” Today, he expressed his post on X, saying that Oscar de la Hoya and his management team rejected the fight when he told them he wanted to fight Kingry next. Garcia says it’s a fat faces.

Is Theofimo afraid of Ryan?

Ryan (24-2, 20 COs) does want to fight against Lopez next, and he doesn’t seem to be abandoning this. So, if Lopez doesn’t face him next, he just has to come clean and say he doesn’t want to. His choices are limited.

It is either Theo Fight Ryan in which would probably be a career height payday or Shakur Stevenson for smaller money, and possibly Get the William Zepeda treatment by the judges. This is a no-brainer if you are theofimo about which of the two fights to take unless he is afraid of Garcia’s powerful left hook. This is the weapon that Devin Haney brought to earth and dropped him three times last year.

Why would theofimo come up with a story about the management of Ryan Garcia that rejected it if it verified something so easily? It’s not as if Teo can just come up with this without Ryan calling him on it. Of course, if Golden Boy pulls the wool over Ryan’s eyes by not telling him that they have rejected the Lopez fight. It is doubtful that they would do so, because they would know that theofimo would be on X right away.

The risk of a knockout

For Theofimo to say Golden Boy rejected the struggle, it indicates that he does not feel confident about the fight against Garcia. It is a risky battle for him than to go against the weak punching Shakur. The only thing he has to fear fighting against Stevenson is to get stuck. This is another story against Ryan. He has the power to strike out theo and wasting his career.
