A voice breaking welsh teen who has deteriorated little time to impress a big impression when it reaches 400 m
In 2009, Jodie Williams posted its name in the books, setting a 400-meter sign of 54.95 British. At that time the athlete who will eventually succeeds him on the top of the list, not even born.

Just becoming 16, Llenel’s athlete is still wrapping his head around what he has, especially since he started competing 400 m a year ago. Now, with a national record and high-level competition, he is even more difficult to push in Portugal on his training at the outdoor season with his sights.
How did you first enter athletics?
I played a lot of football when I was younger and I played on the sleeve because I was really fast. I loved to run in school sports, so it was suggested that I had to join the local athletics club, Llolla, and I loved it.
There was a run, jumped down and threw the program, and I didn’t throw it very well and jumped, but I loved the run, so I continued from there.
How was that passage more than 400 m to compete?
I was smaller, I was doing 75 m and 150 m away, but I would prefer 150m because I liked a longer sprint. When I grew up, I did 200 m and 300 m and I loved it so that last year I gave 400 m, and it was very painful, but it was very funny.
I’m not old enough to reach 400m levels 400 m as I’m still in the Under 17 category so I’m just doing here and there but it’s my favorite event.
What was such a competition in British closed championships?
The atmosphere was something I had never felt before. When you go out into the crowd, it’s very high, but it was so motivated and in the same heat as Amber Anning was incredible. The first 200 fades he went hard and then went round about the last bend, he obviously eased because it was just warmth, but it was truly inspiring.
I was very nervous, especially when the TV camera appeared because it was the first time in the camera, but it was really fun.
When did you understand that you broke the British Under 17-year-old closed record?
Addressing the competition, I definitely meant the post because I was running on a few closes, but passing the line … Amber just cursed, I was shocked.
How did he feel about breaking a long post?
At first I didn’t realize how long it was, and then when I saw it on Instagram, I was shocked. The post is stood since 2009 before they even be born. I was even more shocking because it was Jodie Williams’s record, and she was such an incredible athlete.
Who else are you looking for?
When I first entered in athletics, I loved watching Dina Asher-Smith. He was the first athlete who truly inspired me and to make me sports. I love Laviai and Lina Nielsen. I like to follow them online, and I think their content is very inspiring, especially since they make such events for me.
Hannah Brier is closer to me a great role model. He really provides me so much support and help.
What does Wales want to present as a young athlete?
I get a lot of support from Wales. I’m in the National Development Plan and many people really help you and motivate you. It is very pleasant to get acquainted with their support.
I have recently been to Portugal Monte Gordoy for a training camp with Welest Athletics. I went last year and it’s such an amazing experience for young athletes. We go for 10 days, it’s very hard, but it’s very funny and I have to meet so many incredible athletes from all over the world.
What would a century say when he first started running?
Work hard and enjoy everything you do and you don’t put too much pressure on yourself.
