Separated Tee Time for Round 2
Fresh The first career masters win, Rory Mcilroy is not resting on his laurels. He is playing Zurich’s classic with friend Shane Lowrywhere the pair is working on a title protection.
And they set out for a hot start in the opening round, as they intend to win in their second Zurich in a row. Birds in 1, thanks to a low, 2nd and 4th chip by climbing the early board.
The next chapter in protecting their title begins on Friday. Once they are split in the morning wave for round 1, Mcilroy and Lowry will pass in the afternoon for round 2.
Mcilroy and Lowry will begin the second round of Friday at 1:49 afternoon ET with Kevin Chappell and Tom hge.
