“Crawford didn’t look strong”: Ryan Garcia claims Terence is too much against Canelo Alvarez, questioning his power at higher weight

Ryan Garcia says Terence Crawford “Can’t beat” Unified Super -Middleweight Champion Canelo Alvarez in their fight in September. Garcia notes that Crawford (41-0, 31 CO’s) “did not look strong” in the 154 build-up to Israil Madrimov last August in Los Angeles.

Crawford’s defects

The way Crawford looked in that battle would lose in a rematch against Madrimov and be destroyed by the other 154 pounds, such as Bakhram Murtazaliev, Serhii Bohachuk and Vergil Ortiz Jr.

If not for the Riyadh season, Canelo-Crawford would not happen, because Alvarez did not want to ruin Crawford to give him this fight without earning it by moving up to prove himself against the killers, David benavidez, David Morrell, and Osleys Iglesias.

If Crawford wants the Golden Parachute retirement against Canelo, then let him go through the three, and if there is something left after that, then let him fight against the Mexican superstar.

Crawford would never have done that, because the results would have been negative for him. He will go 0-3 against the guys and probably be knocked out by each of them. A small, poor 40-year-old against those fighters would be a mismatch.
