Marianne Scarpnord hits from both sides of the ball.
Ladies European tournament
Marianne Scarpnord’s Putter is a commodity. And so is it too other One she has in her bag.
And everything has made it at least wonder.
“I will apply and see if I’m allowed to play with 15 clubs,” she said before laughing. “So look at what the answer is.”
You never know. The strange things have happened, and the scarpnord situation is a little different. It drew a larger audience last weekend when the cameras noticed 39-year-old from Norway As she placed in the classic of Australian women of the European Lady, and the clip separated from the tournament team of the tournament.
In the Harbor Golf Club Coffs, Scarpnord was coming longer strokes with a right -hand clamp. If they were to be lost somewhere in the 10 -legged range, or if she started from there, her caddy handed her a victim two.
Which is left.
In the broadcast, the notifiers were fascinated.
Said one of the commentators about what seemed to be about a 60 -meter blow: “You will only come back and take a look at that. Marianne Scarpnord is with hands on the right. “
Said another commentator: “Putter changes.”
Said the first announcer: “Reaches for the same place, but a left and does it before.”
So what does it give?
Party a disappointment of the part with a determined problem. Party part of disappointment with a solution. It’s smart. About a year and a half ago, the winner five times in the European Lady tournament had enough with the setting of yips, so the natural right layer passed in a left style. She said she was embarrassed at first, but found some success.
“The thing is, now that I know that I can actually hit the hole from 2 meters, it gives me confidence in the rest of my game,” Scarpnord told to the Let’s Website In 2023. ”When you miss short casualties for a long period of time, even if you fry it from Tee to Green, it will affect your entire game after a while.
“So now that I know I can stand on a blow and feel comfortable, it makes my whole game more comfortable and I can actually believe in it and trust it. I’m not stressing when I’m there. I just go out and play and hope some birds.”
But there was a problem with the left movement. She fought from long distance.
So again in a right -hand clamp. But only for long strokes.
“I had the worst yip you can ever imagine with a right -hand clamp,” Scarpnord said in another social media clip. “And so I was changed to a left -hand burst maybe a year and a half ago. But then I never felt I was really well in the distance with it, and I couldn’t aim with it. So now I got a right hand crook for long fine and then a left hand clamp for short strokes.”
Did he work? Can the application 14 to 15 clubs come, after all?
Well, at the Australian event, she linked the 31st.
And over the three rounds of the game, she gained blow to the placement.
